At Wit & Wave, we want you to love your new garden flag. We want your neighbors to be jealous. But we also know that sometimes things happen. Here is how we handle it.
1. The 30-Day Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or report an issue.
2. Damaged, defective, or the wrong item?
Did the mailman play football with your package? Or did we accidentally send you a cat flag instead of a dog one? Don't worry. We will correct it immediately.

Since we print our designs to order, we have specific guidelines for returns if you simply changed your mind:

To start a return or report an issue, please contact us at contact@witandwave.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (PayPal/card) within 3-5 business days.

Currently, Wit & Wave ships to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
2. How Long Will It Take?
Since we print many of our flags specifically for you, delivering your order to your doorstep involves two steps:
Processing Time: This is the time we need to print, quality-check, and pack your order.
Shipping Time:
Once your order leaves our warehouse, the carrier takes over.
Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. (Expect to see your new flag waving in about 7–12 business days).

As soon as your package is scanned by the carrier, we will email you a tracking number.
5. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Wit & Wave is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
While we hope this never happens, Wit & Wave is not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing. Please ensure you have a secure location for delivery. However, if your package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), please contact us, and we will do our best to help you locate it or file a claim.
