We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date your package is marked as delivered by the carrier to request a return or report an issue with your order.

2. Return Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original, resaleable condition.
• It must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt email) is required.

Once verified, we will issue a free replacement unit or a 100% full refund at no additional cost to you. You will not be required to ship the defective item back.

• Defective/Incorrect Items: Wit & Wave covers 100% of return shipping or replacement costs.
• Customer Preference Returns (Change of mind, ordered incorrect size/style): Customers are responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
